In our latest episode of JABC Stitch School we showed you how to make a Felty Swirl and mentioned that Felty Swirls were especially fun displayed in flower pots. We just had to make one to show you! So cute, right? It makes the perfect setting for a little garden of wool posies!

Our Pot Full of Posies pincushion is so fun to make! Start with a Felty Swirl in a clay pot. Make wool or felt posies, leaves, and hearts to plant in your garden. Add buttons and embroidery stitches to each one for an extra touch. The leaves even have wire hidden in them so that you can bend and shape your leaves. Add posies to your garden by “planting” them in between the wool layers of the Felty Swirl.
